Prof. Dr. Caner Giray serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Istanbul Okan University. He completed his Ph.D. at Gebze Technical University and has specialized throughout his academic career in the fields of marketing, consumer behavior, neuromarketing, digital marketing, and brand management.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan Özel is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics and Science Education at Boğaziçi University, specializing in mathematics education and educational technology. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on Educational Technology from Texas A&M University in 2009. His research explores multimodal mathematical representation, STEM education, early childhood mathematical cognition, and technology integration in learning environments. Dr. Özel has held visiting scholar positions at Vanderbilt University, the University of Cyprus, and Rutgers University, and has contributed extensively to international collaborations, including National Science Foundation and TÜBİTAK-funded projects. He serves on multiple editorial boards, including as Associate Editor of the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied, and is active as an educational consultant and pedagogical designer. His prolific publication record spans high-impact journals, edited volumes, and government curriculum initiatives, reflecting his commitment to innovative and inclusive mathematics education

He earned a PhD in Industrial and Management Engineering with a thesis on the design of sociotechnical indicators. He authored several articles about Resilience Engineering, Sociotechnical Systems, and sustainability issues. He participated as a core expert in different European projects.

Delegate for Research and Innovation. He has taken part in several national and international projects both in the management and in the research activities. He has been the project coordinator of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership projects IN-CLOUD and IoT4SMEs, and academic referee of several Erasmus+ and LLP projects. He is a member of the Register of Technological Innovation Experts of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy and expert evaluator in several European programs. His research interests are electrical engineering, energy efficiency, engineering education, and remote laboratories. He is the author of more than 70 publications.

Prof. Deplomo is completing her PhD in Electronics Engineering (Mapúa University) and publishes on smart rail monitoring, Petri-net modeling and AI-driven industrial automation. Her dual role as academic and industry leader lets her translate advanced research into classroom projects and national competitions, inspiring thousands of Filipino youth to pursue careers in STEM and robotics.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zarife Pancar is a faculty member at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports at Gaziantep University. She graduated from Çukurova University in 2009 with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Teaching, and completed her master’s studies at Hasan Kalyoncu University and Gaziantep University between 2012 and 2015. She earned her PhD in Physical Education and Sports at Fırat University between 2016 and 2020. Her areas of expertise include exercise and sport physiology, sports nutrition, training science, and movement sciences. She has published 59 international articles indexed in Scopus and other databases, as well as 11 book chapters, and has supervised numerous master's and doctoral theses. Dr. Pancar has taken part in TÜBİTAK-funded research projects and has served as an editor for the Gaziantep University Journal of Sports Sciences, in addition to acting as a reviewer for various academic journals. She was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2023. Within the university, she also holds several administrative roles, including Erasmus Coordinator, Faculty Board Member, and membership in the Quality and Addiction Prevention Commissions. In recognition of her open-access publications, she received the Publication Incentive Award from Gaziantep University in 2023.

He graduated from Gaziantep University’s Faculty of Education with a degree in Primary Mathematics Teaching (2018-2022) and concurrently pursued a second undergraduate program in Child Development at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Health Sciences (2020–…). In 2022, he further advanced his academic career by enrolling in the Master's program in Curriculum and Instruction at the Institute of Educational Sciences at Gaziantep University. In 2023, she accelerated her academic career by beginning her Master's education in Curriculum and Instruction at the Institute of Educational Sciences. In her research, she has conducted intensive studies on topics such as STEM/STEAM education, program development and evaluation, international education programs, as well as assessment and evaluation. She has taken on roles as an intern, project partner, and project leader in various TÜBİTAK projects (e.g., TÜBİTAK 4004, 4007, 2209A, and 1001). Through these projects, she has made significant contributions in areas such as mathematical modeling, AI-supported educational applications, meta-analysis, and mixed meta-method studies. Her teaching experience is enriched by roles such as intern teaching at middle and high school levels, mathematics teaching in private education institutions, and educational mentoring. Additionally, she actively contributes to innovative educational practices by leading science workshops in both national and international projects.
